Key Accountabilities

• Maintain all documentation for applications, development and operations as needed by an implementation
• Proficient in maintaining good records
• Good written and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate well with customers, management and fellow employees
• Flexibility to meet current demands within time constraints
• Proficient in one or more of Smart IS's technical practice fields and must have the ability to learn additional technical skills as directed
• Basic business knowledge in their area of coverage
• Understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to work together with others to accomplish a common goal

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
• Bachelor's Degree in another field plus four years of related business experience
• Minimum of 4 years of related I.S. work experience
