    • Users manually perform picking operations and record them in an Excel template. 
    • A standardized template is created in Excel to track picking activities. 
    
    

    Disaster Details: 

    
    
    • Network failure: No electronic communication with the host system. 
    • WMS outage: Users cannot interact with the WMS. 
    
    

    Manual Process: 

    
    
    • Orders are grouped into pick sheets and assigned to users. 
    • Users record picking details in the Excel template, capturing: 
    • Order number 
    • Location of pick 
    • Quantity 
    • Item or lot details (if applicable) 
    • Once picking is complete, products are moved to the staging zone, and shipping is managed manually. 
    
    

    System Restoration:
