Since 1988, Smart IS has been providing global excellence with a local focus. Founded in Naperville, Illinois, Smart IS moved to Oshkosh, Wisconsin in 1994, a community we’ve been proud to call home ever since.

As we’ve grown, we’ve added new locations in Frankfurt, Germany and Islamabad, Pakistan, to complement our growing variety of information technology, consulting, development and managed services. However, we’ve always balanced that global approach with a strong local focus and investment in our community. We bring the same winning approach to international clients like Monster Cables and Bosch, as we do to Wisconsin clients such as Madison College and the 14 districts we serve within the Wisconsin Technical College System.
